Thyme will tolerate periods of dry weather. A great border plant or kitchen garden addition.

Growing tip: Plant in a fertile well drained soil. Prune to encourage new soft growth.

Position: full sun

Height / spacing: 40cm, 30cm

Uses: Add to fish and poultry, cream sauces, salads.
            Infuse leaves to make a mild tea reputed to relieve headache.
           A natural antiseptic and loaded with minerals.
