A mildly flavoured nutritious non bulbing shallot suitable for salads and stir fry. The hollow leaves are tender and the white base is firm and chrunchy.
They are adaptable to being cut just like chives.
Growing tips: Can be grown all year round. Suited to pots and gardens. Plant in a well drained fertile soil.
Position: Best in full sun
Spacing: 5cm apart
Harvest: 8 weeks after planting.
