Cos is an upright loosely packed lettuce with crunchy leaves. Cos are traditionally used in ceasar salads.

 Growing tip: Lettuce need a fertile soil with adequate moisture. Regular watering and fertilizing will improve flavour

Position: Full sun. During the heat of summer they will tolerate some shade

 Harvest: 8 weeks. Can be continually picked for baby leaf.
