Armoracia rusticana
A very hardy perennial root crop which is traditionally harvested in Autumn but can be dug out at any time.
Growing Tips: Horseradish grows vigorously so be careful where you plant it.
It prefers a fertile soil with adequate moisture.

Height / spacing: 45cm, 40cm
Uses: Works well with most meats and in making dressings.
Its a useful plant for sinus and bronchial congestion. It contains high levels of
vitamin c and potassium.
